Google's popular email client Gmail has been subjected to a smaller update. One of the USPs from Gmail to other webmail client software like Outlook and Gmail is one quick search. This has now undergone a further update to this area to offer more user-friendly. The biggest change here is the introduction of an auto-complete function (in German: Autocomplete in the search) plus some other options facilitates the retrieval of messages with specific attributes, such as attachments.

The auto-complete function is already known in the selection of contacts when writing new mail. This function is now integrated into the main search - are you one example, the beginning of the name of a receiver in the search box, it automatically displays the name vervolständigt and the search shows the complete correspondence with that contact. Furthermore, the search for "intelligent" and recognize when you begin to write "documents" that you are looking for emails with attachments that contain pdf or doc files. Both described auto-complete functions can also be combined in order to search for emails with attachments of a particular contact.
Implemented the new Auto-Complete feature is in line with some other changes that recently have been - such as "Retrieve Mail" the new feature and the ability to view videos directly from your email out. Auto-Complete can be enabled in the Settings tab in the labs.
