Thus, the Boxnacht began last night for me:
Madison Square Garden, New York: Today, great boxing evening, has long been the first time on RTL. In the main event clash Vladimir Klitschko and Calvin Brock. In the Garden Sqare may like to jump around in formula 1, Kai Ebel between all kinds of celebrities, from Franziska van Almsick and Lucy Liu.
The fight night starts with a fight between Laila Ali vs. Shelley Burton.
Ali vs. Burton Round 1:
Sensing, 2,3 good actions of Laila Ali, so they probably won the round.
Ali vs. Burton Round 2:
Ali chasing her opponent around the ring and missed her more than one right round recovered.
Ali vs. Burton Round 3:
Burton with the courage of despair, but Ali is just too strong. Another round of Ali.
Ali vs. Burton Round 4:
By round 4 of the boxing match I have come to me then was the blogging with a laptop on your lap and the lack of attention to Boxgeschehen on TV too stupid. So I got the box off and wanted to continue blogging after Klitschkokampf.
But nothing came of it
After the fight, but my motivation was nil. The bed was suddenly much more attractive than the blog (yes, that is to give it) and I dropped into my pillow (of course not without the alarm clock to put on 07:30).
What happened next
The alarm goes off, but I have no desire to get up again, so to clock out and clock back to sleep 12. Since the day was almost over. I've done it now only back to the computer ...
What I really wanted to
I wanted to talk about the Klitschko fight. The first 5 rounds were all very tough. The challenger Brock struck mostly on the body, so what can perhaps be wirkungsvol, but if you're watching it rather boring. Well, the first rounds Klitschko and his visor was not set correctly. Everything was always a floor too high. The next round went better then the whoosh and the fight was in the 7th Round are already over. I think by then the challenger had been hit more than 5 times correctly. Well, just what the Klitschko in his fists.
One more comment to RTL
This Kampg was practically re-entry into the RTL Boxgeschäft. For this I must say this: it is disappointing the journalistic aspects of boxing by RTL. Whether it's Formula 1 or football, everything runs at RTL Florian King and Kai Ebel. Yet there seems a scheme for sports-F to give. That's not bad in itself, but over time it is very worn. New and innovative ideas would be nice again, perhaps another moderator. Furthermore, it is annoying that you in boxes in RTL can never see the ring breaks, as more ads are popping up again. That's ARD / ZDF in and of itself always exciting. But of course, the coal must come anywhere ago.

I am interested in sports for almost everything except golf. Well with the old masters is the so ne thing. If they are correct in form and Refelexe are still there, then that's a good thing. If they stumble, but only through the ring, then it is embarrassing. Well not for nothing that speaks of the famous fight too much. Even Muhammad Ali, the boxing yes.

So before I've even seen as women's boxing. At some point, but came to the pass there-are-all effect, Henry Maske, Axel Schulz - stop all that had been shown on RTL and to which they had become accustomed, ended her career, and the pit fell asleep first so as Now it might be the case in F1.
Today I look from time to time with, if my love can inspire - but quite as night-and-fog-crazy as I am then not yet ;)

Although these struggles just has a very different character. Somehow we know then that in Germany, otherwise only as madmen are awake (apart from the whole disco bee, or as he calls it today?). However, I hear again and again, of course, many people say that boxing could do today to do more with the past. I have to give these people fairly. When Max Schmeling has boxed for the world championship, virtually the whole nation sat in front of the radio and with a fever. Boxes was like back then but still a real battle between two men. Tactics and defense played yet this pronounced role. Today's heavyweight boxer, and are generally very cautious and controlled. Aside from eingen loud Americans from the Don King camp. But they are loud, but they have nothing out of the box and are therefore faster KO than they ran into the ring.

And what do you like better? Sounds almost as if you were going to beat themselves senseless against each other ...

Nee So why do not you go. But I'll give you an example: I recently had a boxing match, a hopeful German talent seen at any European Championship: The young talent was genuine, as was seen. Unfortunately, he has considered the beating for not so useful. So I was sitting 12 rounds on TV and I cried, almost imploringly: ". Now some impact, at least now once in the last seconds" has happened, not much. The promising talent ha lost by decision, and has accordingly said afterward. I had too much respect, I would have to trust me more! Occupation missed? I do not know, but something I said. At least about!
